The 1st “Spanish Omelette Gastronomic Route” is here!

This winter break we took the opportunity to go to Spain and visit different places where the Spanish Omelette is the queen of the establishment. There we tasted their different Spanish Omelettes and heard the history of them, as well as the history of these locals. Here are some photos of our favorites!
Stay tuned for the stories... We will tell you all about these special places!

1. Casa Dani in Madrid: Spanish omelette topped with vegetable ratatouille.
2. Porto Vecchio in Logroño: Spanish omelette stuffed with ham and cheese topped by a special sauce.
3. Lucky Baster in Bilbao: Indivudual Spanish omelette with smoked flavor.

We want to thank all the locals for the great advice, help and good energy to keep this project growing in 2023!
