Origin: Planadas, Tolima, Colombia
Altitude: 1,900 MASL
Variety: Gesha
Process: Washed
Fermentation: 45-hour aerobic fermentation
Drying: 10 days on parabolic dryers
Soil: Volcanic ash
Roast: Light
Tasting Notes:
Jasmine · Bergamot · Earl Grey · Lime
Cup Profile:
Silky, weightless, tea like body with a long floral finish.
Harvest & Process:
Ripe cherries selectively picked, aerobically fermented, washed, then slowly dried on parabolic beds.
Roast Approach:
Dropped just seconds after first crack clears to preserve Gesha’s delicate florals and clarity.
Recommended Rest: 7+ days off roast
