Omakase for the Enquiring Mind.

Join us every Tuesday at 7:30 P.M. for a NOSSA Omakase introduction. This $100 per person - 12 course meal experience is carefully curated by chef Sebastian Labno so you can have an idea of what we are about and open your curiosity to come back for our other amazing experiences. The menu consists of fresh and dried aged Nigiris with fish flown from the Japanese Market. As always there is a surprise from the chef to WOW you during the night!

On Thursday March 28th women are invited for a special edition 16-course omakase paired with “Bride of the Fox.” Sake. A female owned and operated brewery.

As Nossa is also owned and operated by a strong and accomplished woman she wants to celebrate the sisterhood, strength and accomplishments with a curated dining experience by Chef Sebastian Labno. Highlights include a unique selection of nigiris featuring Dry Aged Japanese Bluefin Tuna, Otoro, Chūtoro, Akamai, Senaka, Dry Aged Japanese Salmon, King Salmon Belly, Dry Aged Blue Nose Medai, Dry Aged Miyazaki Gyu (Wagyu), Hamachi and more along with decadent surprises like caviar, uni and freshly shaved truffles.

FEBRUARY 18th EVENT
Join us for an evening of luxury 16 courses as we pair one of the finest sakes with exquisite caviar. Richard Geoffroy’s pursuit of beauty propelled him to the highest reaches of his profession. Born in the heart of Champagne country, he became the fifth chef de cave for Dom Pérignon Champagne and charted the course of the legendary wine for 28 years. He is now launching into a new experiment, hoping hoping to contribute to a story started in Japan a thousand years ago: Sake. Indulge in the delicate flavors and textures of premium sake varieties, perfectly complemented by the salty, popping bursts of caviar. Let’s elevate our senses and toast to sophistication!
