In New York: The Crown Vesper, a variation of our house Vesper infused with the highest quality of Crown Melon harvested from Hamamatsu and aged to concentrate flavor. Served bracingly cold, this stiff drink has a beautifully delicate finish.
At ZZ's Miami: The Melon Margarita. Aged muskmelon, juiced, and shaken with Patron blanco tequila, which has a light, herbaceous quality that amplifies the delicious star ingredient.

There is no mushroom quite like the morel, only available for a very brief window of time each spring. And that time is now.
Our foragers in the northern woods thoughtfully source the finest for us, so we can present them in a variety of extraordinary preparations.
At Carbone Privato in New York, Members will discover agnolotti stuffed with a morel farce, featuring fava beans, roasted and confit garlic, mascarpone and Parmigiano-Reggiano, and braised morels. The culinary team is also very proud of a dish of roasted and stuffed Cavendish quail with a quail-morel mousse, mustard agrodolce, and black peppercorn.
Meanwhile, in our New York & Miami dining rooms there is a beautiful crispy pan-seared chicken finished with a sauce of morels, garlic, and chive. And one more standout: A5 Kagoshima wagyu filet with a complex, umami-rich morel cream sauce.

At ZZ’s New York, our take on The Cosmopolitan. A splash of Yuzu breathes new life into the classic.
In Miami, we’ve combined fresh brewed jasmine tea and osmanthus flowers with notes of peach and apricot to create The Golden Hour.

Our chefs have spent months forging partnerships with the finest lobster purveyors across the Northeast, from the cold waters of Nova Scotia to the most innovative fisheries in New England.
In NY & Miami: expect bold, globally inspired dishes like spicy lobster noodles in a chili-onion sofrito, layered with lobster stock, butter, and tender meat. Or try this season’s special Sando featuring lobster claw, knuckle, and tail with yuzu kosho hollandaise, chives, and shiso.
At Carbone Privato in NY: spring arrives with a nearly three-pound Arragosta alla Catalana, steamed and dressed with lemon vinaigrette and crisp vegetables, and a chilled lobster over imported burrata, paired with marinated tomatoes, pickled white asparagus, and notes of citrus.
