We are looking for creative young minds excited in learning how to start a company from scratch and being part of the process, with particular focus on marketing and sales operations.

COW-ORK is a Miami based startup that transforms restaurants, hotels and other hospitality venues into an all-access network of working and meeting spaces, allowing freelancers, home-workers, flexible employees and students to work in shared spaces at an affordable price.

The person we’re looking for will be able to gain experience through day-to-day interactions with Founders and Employees. This job position also offers the opportunity to work side-by-side with third party professionals specialized in the field of marketing, advertising, lead generation, and public relations.

Job Responsibilities:
Support marketing campaign planning and ex*****on
Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels
Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
Assist in the management of website SEO
Develop and implement lead generation strategies
Measure and report the results of marketing and sales initiatives

Working Hours and Benefits:
40 hours per week

Qualifications and Skills:
Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.)

Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office

To get to Island Avenue in Miami Beach, you can take the public bus route 120 which stops at the intersection of Island Avenue and Collins Avenue. Alternatively, you can take the Miami Beach Trolley which has a stop at Island Avenue and 16th Street.

If you are driving, take I-195 E towards Miami Beach and continue onto W 41st Street. Turn left onto Indian Creek Drive and then turn right onto 17th Street. Finally, turn left onto Island Avenue. There is limited street parking available in the area, but there are also several paid parking lots nearby including one on Collins Avenue and one on Lincoln Road.
