INDUSTRY TUESDAYS 🥷 🧑‍🍳

Here at Zitz Sum were big big fans when our hospitality peers come to visit us. For the months of June through August we’re offering our Tasting Menu for restaurant workers and hospitality ninjas for 60 cañas. Come through and eat, and in true Zitz Sum fashion we’ll assault the table with food!

Sweet shrimp under a blanket of a delicate dumpling wrapper, Florida corn velouté and tomato furikake. Current favorite.

Matsuri rice mixed with brown butter, slow poached egg and roasted mushrooms. We do a little table side pour situation and the bowl sizzles fajita style. Yes, fajita style.

To get to Alhambra Cir in Coral Gables, you can take the Metrobus Route 56 or the Miami Metrorail Green Line and exit at the University Station. From there, walk towards Alhambra Cir and turn left. The restaurant will be on your right.

If you prefer to drive, you can park at the nearby parking lots or street parking available around Alhambra Cir. From there, head towards the corner of Alhambra Cir and Ponce De Leon Blvd, then head south onto Alhambra Cir. The restaurant is located a few blocks down on the right-hand side.
