Первое и самое главное - на изготовление наших десертов нужны минимум сутки. Быстрее не получиться, потому что например крем для эклеров выдерживается не менее 12 часов и только после мы наполняем им сами эклеры✨

+ заказ желательно оформлять хотя бы за 7 дней до нужной вам даты. это позволит вам быть спокойными, что у нас есть время на его выполнение, а нам подготовить необходимые ингредиенты для нужных вам десертов. Если заказ большой, то ещё раньше.

BE THE FIRST TO TRY NEW FLAVORS✨

Eclair is a dessert that needs to be handled responsibly. To get the perfect eclair you need a pinch of patience, a pound of persistence, a spoonful of concentration and surely a continuous striving for perfection...beauty✨. You have to feel it and fall in love!

It was love that led us to 5 new flavors:

•Salted Caramel
A delicate caramel cream with Fleur de Selle salt and glazed with Callebaut caramel chocolate.

•Chocolate
A delicate cream with a rich dark chocolate flavor.

•Rose
Creamy ganache with natural rose, raspberry confit and rose flower jam.

•Golden Bullion
Almond cream filling, topped with crunchy pecans in a delicate creamy caramel, which are dipped in chocolate. decorated with golden powder.

•Provence
White chocolate whipped ganache and cream infused with lavender flowers, topped with Belgian milk chocolate glaze and berry puree.
