At Ossobuco, we believe a menu should move the same way seasons, people, and inspiration do. That’s why we’re always refining, testing, changing, and discovering new ways to tell our story through food.

This new menu refresh, curated by and the Ossobuco team, brings new dishes, new ingredients, and new ideas to the table, while staying true to the fire and identity that define us.

The Vegetables section continues to celebrate seasonality and technique.
Sea & Raw explores freshness, texture, and contrast.
Ossobuco del Mundo holds the dishes that shaped our identity and remind us where we come from.
