With Dillon, it all runs in the family! Just like his father Jeff, Dillon has had a life long fascination with aviation, so much so, that he is a pilot himself! He, alongside Jeff, founded Blackbird Coffee and Energy as a combination of a love for coffee and as an homage to their passions of planes and piloting. It’s the whole reason our slogan is “Take Flight!” Dillon has been working in the coffee industry since he was 16 years old and loves to serve the community with a smile!
Fun fact: Dillon’s favorite drink is an Iced Americano!

Starting off, we have Jeff! He’s the founder of Blackbird Coffee & Energy. A US Air Force veteran, entrepreneur, realtor, and aerospace industry expert he’s had his fair share of experience working across a variety of industries! However, out of all the industries he’s worked in, coffee has always been around! For the last 15 years he’s been managing and running various coffee shops and breweries, all culminating into the Blackbird Coffee we see today!
Fun fact, his favorite drink is good, old fashioned, flat white!
