[Tomorrow] Dine in for dinner, starting at 5 p.m. Ask Owner Fabrizio for a bottle recommendation and split that with a loved one over a Lasagna Ragú and Lamb Chops. 🍷

Tonight, we’re uncorking a bottle of Tiberio Colle Vota Montepulciano D’Abruzzo 2018, hand harvested from a “single vineyard”, fermented using only indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

From Cristiana Tiberio, the Tiberio Cerasuoro d'Abruzzo is from one of the only DOC regions in Italy dedicated to making rosato / rose styles of wine.
Its deep pink color is the result of the skins being gently pressed for 20 minutes, and only the free-run juices are used to avoid any bitter flavors. This is perfect for pairing with poultry, rich seafood and light red meat dishes. 🍷
