At Casa Mariano, every plate begins with intention — refined technique, bold character, and ingredients chosen to speak for themselves.
From delicate seafood and handmade pastas to Wagyu, prime cuts, seasonal creations, and signature dishes, the menu moves effortlessly between Mediterranean inspiration, contemporary flavors, and Chef Mariano’s personal touch.
And because a memorable dish deserves the right companion, our cellar offers a carefully selected variety of wines designed to complement every course — from crisp, elegant whites to expressive reds with depth, structure, and character.
Come for the cuisine. Stay for the experience. Discover Casa Mariano.

For my Duck Breast Socarrat, I wanted to bring together richness, texture, and a little bit of fire.
The duck breast is cooked to a beautiful rosy center, then paired with deeply caramelized socarrat-style rice, charred carrots, tender broccolini, and a silky savory cream that brings everything together.
The crisp edges, smoky vegetables, and richness of the duck create contrast in every bite.
It’s a dish built around patience, heat, and balance — rustic at heart, but refined on the plate.
To accompany it, I personally recommend a Pinot Noir from our carefully curated wine selection. Its bright acidity, red-fruit character, and subtle earthy notes complement the richness of the duck beautifully without overpowering the socarrat or the charred vegetables.

For me, cooking has never been about simply preparing a dish. It’s about bringing years of experience, instinct, technique, and passion together on one plate.
At Casa Mariano, every creation tells part of that story — from deeply flavorful rice dishes and perfectly prepared meats, to fresh seafood and combinations where each ingredient has a purpose.
I love bringing the richness of the sea and the land together, respecting the quality of every product while adding my own interpretation, my own memories, and the experience I’ve gained throughout my journey as a chef.
Some dishes begin with tradition. Others begin with an idea. But they all have the same destination: a table where flavor becomes an experience.
This is my cuisine.
This is Casa Mariano.

Friends,
Our new menu at Casa Mariano is more than a collection of new dishes. It carries different moments of my career, lessons learned along the way, flavors that stayed with me, and a few ideas I’ve been wanting to bring to the table for some time.
Every plate has a little story behind it — some inspired by experience, others by curiosity, and all created with the same intention: to make you enjoy the table as much as we enjoy cooking for you.
I’d love for you to come taste this new chapter with us.
The new menu is now available at Casa Mariano. I hope to see you at the table soon.

I prepare this lobster with a careful blend of spices, return it to its shell, and gratinate it until beautifully golden.
I serve it over a bed of creamy risotto and finish it with my special sauce, creating a truly indulgent sensation on the palate—layered with rich flavors, elegant textures, and a memorable touch of comfort and sophistication.
