For our latest Open Fire Dinner Series, Chef Giorgio welcomed Chef Ivan B from Magie Wine Bar for a one-night dinner shaped by bold flavor and live-fire cooking.
From local fish crudo with passionfruit leche de tigre to grilled bavette steak with romesco, each course was thoughtfully paired and built to tell a story from first bite to final pour.
