Long time Miami Chef Anderson known for his sold-out Omakase pop-ups at Soho Beach Club and The Ritz Carlton Bal Harbor is excited to share is private omakase service at the location of your choice: home, boat or business.

Omakase is a form of Japanese dining in which guests leave themselves in the hands of a chef. During this private experience, will serve elegant and artistic courses while using the finest ingredients available. Each course will feature the freshest fish and seafood from Japan, as well as locally sourced Japanese Wagyu. Each seating will span about 1 hour.
