OUR NEW PROJECT
From the family behind Rincon Argentino, we introduce MIGAS.
We make authentic and traditional alfajores de maicena—delicate, crumbly lemon cookies filled with rich dulce de leche and finished with coconut flakes. A while back, Meli, the daughter of Miguel (the owner), used to sell these at the restaurant, and they would fly off the dessert shelf.
Over time, Meli and her father worked on the recipe again and again until they finally perfected it. If you miss Rincon Argentino like we do, you’ll be able to taste a little piece of it in every alfajor.
As a family, we are incredibly proud of this product. These alfajores have been part of many of our celebrations, holidays, and gatherings, and we think it’s time for you to enjoy them too.
Follow us to learn how to order. We’ll also be announcing appearances at local food markets and near coffee shops soon.
From our family to yours — bienvenidos a MIGAS. 🇦🇷✨
