To reach the American restaurant located on Mcfarlane Road in Miami by public transport, take the metro rail and get off at Coconut Grove Station. From there, head east on McFarlane Road until you reach the restaurant. Alternatively, you can take Bus 249 and get off at the intersection of Grand Avenue and McFarlane Road.
If you are driving to the restaurant, take US-1 to South Bayshore Drive, then turn right onto McFarlane Road. There is limited street parking available near the restaurant, but there are also paid parking lots nearby.
