We marinated pork butts for 36 hours in a lively jalapeño-garlic rub, Cholula-inspired seasoning, and a bright citrus blend, all brought together with apple cider vinegar, butter, and smoky chipotle peppers. After a slow 12-hour smoke, the pork is pulled apart and served as four street tacos—each on a traditional corn tortilla—topped with pickled onions and fresh cilantro 🤤

Bacon Chicken Melt 🥓🐓🫠
Texas toast with a layer of bacon jalapeño jam (not spicy, just a hint of jalapeño) and mozzarella placed on the griddle. Once the bread is toasted and the cheese is perfectly melted we add crispy chicken tenders topped with beer cheese, all pressed together and served with your choice of fries or salad.
