POV: you celebrate your birthday making pizza with your besties🤩
What an amazing time we had with 𝑀𝒶𝓇𝒾𝑒𝓁𝒶 𝐸𝓃𝒸𝒶𝓇𝓃𝒶𝒸𝒾ó𝓃 and her friends! We made the dough, ate so much pizza, enjoyed w**e and of course Nutella Pizza for dessert!

Made pizza dough in our Mister O1 Pizza School class? Here’s a bonus recipe 👀
That same dough can become focaccia. Here’s how:
1️⃣ Remove the lid and stack 6 dough pieces on top of each other
2️⃣ Stretch it out to fit your container
3️⃣ Coat the container generously with extra virgin olive oil
4️⃣ Press the dough in, cover, and let it rest at room temperature for at least 10 hours
5️⃣ After 10-12 hours, uncover and drizzle more olive oil on top
6️⃣ Add your toppings, rosemary and oregano work perfectly
7️⃣ Preheat your oven to 450°F
8️⃣ Bake at 450°F for about 20 minutes, until golden
One important note: for focaccia, use your dough fresh. For pizza, let it mature in the fridge for 72 to 96 hours for that signature Mister O1 flavor.
