Although currently closed, guests can still enjoy their delicious trattoria classics at the signature restaurant next door, LT Steak & Seafood. The Alley offers a modern take on Italian cuisine with their Neapolitan-style pizza, homemade pasta, charcuterie, salads, and Italian-style cocktails, beer & wine. Chef Laurent Tourondel spent over a year perfecting his signature pizza dough which is hand-stretched to order by artisan pizzaiolos and baked to perfection in an earthstone oven. The whipped ricotta is a must-try appetizer and the frozen orange gelato is the perfect way to end your meal.
