Quarantine life just got way better. Say hello to our newest dish at , the Philly Cheese Calzone (mic drop). has been fermenting a sourdough starter for an entire week in preparation. Inside you’ll find a juicy 24hr Smoked Brisket, Poblano Peppers, Onions, Asiago and Provolone Cheese. We then top the baked masterpiece with a rich Asiago custard and light things up with a torch. Limited quantities are available but, you can always pre-order with our friends !

Guests can order dishes inspired by ’s childhood and order cuts of meats to make at home. There will also be dry goods and household items for sale including eggs, butter, milk and latex gloves. •

Starters and Sandwiches will range from $6-$20 for curbside takeout and delivery from 12PM - 9PM. AlterQ will also be selling cocktail kits, beer and wine for guests to purchase with dinner, or individually.
