More than 40 years of tradition, family, and fresh bread. 🥖
Le Fournil began with José Gabriel Díaz, who discovered his love for baking in his family’s bakery in Peru. After moving to Miami in 1972, he helped introduce French bread to the city before turning his own dream into reality and founding Le Fournil Bakery in 1981.
What started as a small family business grew into a Miami bakery built on the same values that guide us today: quality, tradition, and a genuine love for what we do. Every loaf carries a little piece of that story.
