We’re hosting an open mic night for anyone who wants to perform or just come watch Miami locals share their talents!
If you want to sing, please sign up ahead of time so we can make a list and make sure everyone gets a chance to perform.
Each performance will be no more than 8 minutes (this might change depending on how many people sign up).
We’re super excited to have you join us at Panther Coffee Open Mic night! We’ll be serving the full coffee menu, plus wine and beer.

Agroambiental is back! 🇨🇴☕️
One of our favorite coffees has returned to the menu. Grown by third-generation producer Astrid Dorado at her family farm, Finca Agroambiental, in the high-elevation mountains of Sotará, Cauca, Colombia.
Our relationship with Astrid began at a coffee competition and auction in Timbío in 2018, and we’ve been proud to share her coffee with you ever since. Beyond producing exceptional coffee and caring for her family, Astrid is also deeply involved in her community, leading an association that supports women farmers in Sotará.
This year’s harvest is every bit as delicious as we remember, with bright, sweet notes of Meyer lemon, cherry, and lychee.
We’re thrilled to welcome Agroambiental back and celebrate another harvest from a relationship we’ve valued for years.

San Antonio Huista
From the highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, we’re excited to welcome San Antonio Huista to the lineup. 🇬🇹☕
This dynamic and comforting coffee is a blend of coffees grown and processed by smallholder farmers represented by CODECH, a local cooperative supporting more than 500 members across ten smaller cooperatives.
With an average farm size of just one hectare, these farmers carefully handpick ripe coffee cherries and process them using the washed method before sun-drying the coffee on patios.
In the cup, expect chocolate fudge, hazelnut and wild berries, with a round, silky body and a sweet, balanced finish. As espresso, it shines with assertive fruit notes and a soft chocolate finish; brewed, it’s relaxed, balanced and wonderfully sweet.

Meet Pura Fruta 🍓🍋🍑
Our newest single origin, arriving this week in-store and online at panthercoffee.com, comes from Finca El Platanillo in San Marcos, Guatemala.
Pura Fruta brings together small lots of Bourbon, Red Icatu and Yellow Icatu, selected for their fruit-forward character. The coffees are naturally processed and slowly dried on raised beds for 30–45 days.
The result is exactly what the name suggests: lots of fruit! It tastes like raspberry and lime up front, dried apricot on the finish. Bright, sweet, juicy and delicious!

Using live looping, technology, and contemporary rhythms, Andre Carvajal (guitar) and Elich Garcia reimagine classic and modern songs from around the world, creating a dynamic instrumental experience that is both innovative and captivating.
