· Procesar Asientos de Nómina

The ideal candidate must be able to perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivables and other administrative duties. Experience managing multiple companies
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and can multitask
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Self-starter with minimal supervision
Trustworthy and reliable
**Experience with Quick books
· Work closely with CPA Firm to ensure proper record keeping
· Quarterly and Yearly reporting of Financials
· Process Payment receipts
· Reconcile Bank accounts
· Process Payments for Suppliers
· Manage Loan accounts
· Process Payroll Entries
· Sales Tax Processing for multiple entities
· Business Tax Filing
· Inventory management
· Commission Reporting for Sales Staff
· Special Projects as needed
The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated and detail oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Bilingual a MUST
