OK BUT WHEN!??? 👀 This Saturday we’re teaming up with Galipán Bakehouse 🫱🏽🫲🏼🥹🍳🔥 More baked goods, eggs, sandwiches, coffee, and plenty more coming your way. If you made it this far, be sure to expect immaculate breakfast favorites! Until then, we keeping the full menu a little bit of a surprise

Gilbert's Bakery kicked off Breakfast Series #01 and you guys
absolutely showed up for it. OUR FIRST BREAKFAST SERVICE! Honestly today was such a good hard launch.
Now the real question… WHO’S COMING TO #02? 👀
Our Next breakfast series breakfast will be on 9/19 with Galipán Bakehouse on 9/19, 8am-sold out! 🤎

WE’RE DOING BREAKFAST 📣🥞 Yes! actual breakfast. Before noon but only on four supercalifragilisticexpialidocious dates. We strongly believe breakfast deserves to be fun again ☕️ So for the next four Saturdays, we’re hosting our own “comfort diner-inspired BREAKFAST SERIES ’26” a total of four collaborations + four very good reasons to get out of bed early. We dialed in with some of our favorite bakers + chefs to make it happen.
Expect hot coffee flowing counter side, something sweet, something salty, classics, not-so-classics, probably too much syrup + a few things you probably haven’t eaten at 10AM before.

Family business in the most literal way 🍔🫶🏼
Baking the buns, making the burgers, working side by side and getting to serve people we genuinely enjoy having around like our friends and family. Coney Burger has always been about really good food, but it’s also about creating a burger experience people want to come back to, bring their friends to, hang out at and feel part of. We’re grateful we get to keep building this with our family and with all of you🫶🏼

Our first Feel Good Luncheon is happening September 3rd, and we’re inviting our entire community to the table 🍔🇻🇪
We’re teaming up with Gio Foundation, Inc to host our first Feel Good Luncheon with Giorgiana Rosas and donating 100% of lunch sales to help build and restore a school for children in La Guaira ahead of the new school year 📚✏️ We’re opening the doors at noon and asking our community to show up the way you always do… Bring your friends. Bring the office. Come hungry!
