To get to SE 12 Terrance in Miami, you can take the Metrorail and get off at the Brickell Station. From there, you can walk south on SW 1st Ave until you reach SE 12th St, then turn left and continue until you reach SE 12th Terrace.
If driving, take I-95 to exit 1A for SW 7th St. Continue on SW 7th St until you reach SW 1st Ave, then turn right. Drive south on SW 1st Ave until you reach SE 12th St, then turn left and continue until you reach SE 12th Terrace.
