Local Jimmy John's Franchisee now hiring Assistant Managers, including Managers in Training. With multiple locations, there is always room for promotion!

Managers are responsible for a variety of functions of a Jimmy John's restaurant including customer service and delivering high-quality products. They are responsible for the executing fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.



Pay Levels:

Assistant Managers: $15.50 - $16.50/hour
Managers in Training: $14.50/hour

Medical, dental and vision benefits available for full time employees after applicable waiting periods.



Manager Requirements:

Must be able to read and write and communicate in English.
Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday
A Manager is expected to:

Manage a staff of approximately 3 to 25 employees. Assign, oversee and evaluate work. Recommend promotion, transfer, or termination of employees based on performance.
Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
Delegate and be responsible for the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theft.
Forecast food items. Estimate what amount of each food item will be consumed per shift.
Assist InShop Crew Members in greeting customers, taking orders, using the cash register, assembling order and checking for completeness and correctness.
Ensure that every customer receives world-class customer service.
Complete daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production)
Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty. Assist InShop Crew Members during rush periods to ensure the maintenance of restaurant efficiency.
Complete Opening/Closing Procedures.
Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness.
Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
Complete daily and weekly paperwork.
Audit prior shift's systems and procedures for 100% integrity and completeness.
Receive and store product/inventory.
Perform other related duties as requested.

Drivers can earn over $25/hour by freaking out our customers with fast and accurate service!?PLUS Mileage reimbursement of up to $0.575/mile.

Delivery Driver's primary responsibility is to deliver sandwiches to customers in the designated delivery area. Drivers are expected to check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner. Drivers will also work as an In Shopper when no deliveries are scheduled.

To work as a Driver, you must possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
