Miami, we will see you in the fall. In the meantime, please join us in welcoming who will be taking over our space to run a pop up for the next 3 months. While not a “vegan concept” their food will not contain any animal products and all of their natural wines are vegan by default so we hope you will support as you’ve always supported us 🙏🏽❤️

We are happy to announce that we will be operating a Pop-Up Food Truck for the remainder of the year at here in Playa del Carmen. Palmaïa - The House of AïA is the only wellness resort in the world with 4 full vegan restaurants. Vegan room service, health café - and now our food Truck! We will be serving our Tulum menu on this swanky beach location as part of the Progressive Wellness concept of Palmaïa that is designed to show guests that you don’t need to sacrifice the things you love to live a happy and healthy life. Our Truck will serve food only to guests staying at Palmaïa as everything is included in their rate - look forward to hopefully seeing some of you here 🙏🏽👌🏽

It is with sad news we announce that Charly’s Vegan Tacos Miami will be temporarily CLOSED as of tomorrow the 1st April 2021. It has been a tough decision but one we had to make as we found ourselves struggling to maintain the quality.
Because we are not able to put together a team to prepare and cook the food at the quality we require, we will remain closed until we can open with the correct food quality and concept that everyone knew us for. Being open and not being the best version of Charly’s was not what we set out to be.
So more than a goodbye, this is a thank you to all who came and supported us throughout these hard times now and over the years. We hope to see you again soon, better and stronger.
Stay tuned as we will be announcing a brand new delivery-only food concept that launches this week.

That’s right! We can’t even believe it ourselves, it’s almost been 2 Years! This weekend we will be celebrating 🥳 our 2 year anniversary from Friday to Sunday (the actual opening date was the 3rd) with bottomless margs and rosé for $20. We would not be here if it was not 4 U! Everyone who comes to eat with us, keeps us in business over these challenging times. Thank you for all the support and we hope to see you over the weekend ♥️🙏🏽♥️🙏🏽♥️🥳

Our outdoor dining seems to be getting popular with non-humans also. Since we re-opened Nacho the Duck has been living in our outdoor seating area welcoming patrons day and night. I guess he knows we’re the only safe kitchen he can be close to 😉

We’re back open tomorrow Wednesday the 5th August! As we posted before we had one of our team members test positive for Covid so we closed down until all our team were tested negative. We can can now reopen and get back to business.
We really wanted to open for today but it was out of our hands, so we would like to have for this week only a meaning our TacoTuesday promo of “order three get one free” will be tomorrow, Wednesday.

* Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
* Load and unload dishwashing machines
* Wash specific items by hand
* Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
* Set up workstations before meal prep begins
* Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
* Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary
* Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
* Remove garbage regularly
* Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
Requirements
* Work experience as a Dishwasher or on Wait Staff
* Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines
* Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
* Time management skills
