It’s our lead bartender Butler’s birthday, so we’re celebrating with $10 Martini Monday! 🎉 🍸

Ashley’s been part of our X events team for 4 years, so this week’s lineup is basically a few of her favorite martini moods, brought to life with help from our bartender Lucas. The Clover Club was inspired by a cocktail she tried in Lisbon, the Midnight Reserve is her darker late night espresso martini moment, plus the Lupe Martini + Build Your Own Tini are on tonight too.

In honor of Haitian Heritage Day, tonight’s Martini Monday feature comes from our very own Saika! 🇭🇹
Brise Épicée was inspired by summers growing up in Haiti and made with Barbancourt rhum blanc, soursop, ginger, and house made pikliz juice! It’s bright + savory, slightly spicy and the PERFECT cocktail for a hot Miami night!

This Monday, we’re highlighting none other than our fearless leader .b.kelly!!
Nicole’s been part of our group since 2015, from Cypress Room to Michael’s Genuine, and now leading operations across all of our restaurants while still spending most days at Amara checking on guests, making rounds through the dining room, and supporting the team every step of the way!
For her Martini Monday lineup, Nicole’s featuring two of her favorite cocktails: Walk in the Woods, her bright white negroni inspired by her love of spirit forward cocktails, and Martini à L’Orange, the very first martini she ever fell in love with at 21 in Philly!

This Monday, 4/27, we’re pouring the Dukes, freezer cold, ultra dry, and unapologetically strong, plus the 1888 Martini, a softer, richer, old school tini pulled from Harry Johnson’s 1888 Bartenders’ Manual.
Our Lupe Martini always stays on the menu + the Classic Martini is now Build Your Own Tini, so you can make it exactly how you like it.
