GEM Waterfront Restaurant & Terrace was situated in the Arlen House Condo Complex on 158 and Collins in Sunny Isles, Florida. The restaurant offered a stunning view of the Intracoastal Miami ways along with an exquisite French fusion and New American cuisine. Summer hours were from Friday to Sunday with happy hours that ran from 3 pm to 7:30 pm. The establishment also provided private parties, events for up to 200 guests, weddings, corporate events, and other celebrations. Unfortunately, GEM Waterfront Restaurant & Terrace is now permanently closed.

To get to Bayview Drive in Sunny Isles Beach, you can take the public bus and get off at the nearest stop. Alternatively, if you are driving, you can take the highway and exit at the Sunny Isles Boulevard. From there, follow the signs to Bayview Drive. Parking is available along the street or in nearby parking lots.
