Our new menu and kitchen direction is led by Chef Avgeria Stapaki.

Her alignment with Astra feels natural. She brings a background that extends beyond the kitchen, photography, DJing, and culinary arts, which reflects the same cultural layering that defines the space.

She was trained in European kitchens, including the Michelin-starred Azurmendi.

Her work is recognized for blending traditional Greek flavors with contemporary technique and a strong focus on seasonal ingredients. It’s a clear fit for Astra’s culinary direction.

To get to NW 2nd Avenue in Miami, you can take the Metrorail and get off at the Government Center Station. From there, you can transfer to the Metromover and take the Omni Loop to the Museum Park Station. The Astra Miami is located a few blocks away from there.

If you prefer to drive, you can take I-95 and exit at NW 2nd Avenue. There are several parking lots and garages in the area where you can park your car for a fee. Alternatively, you may be able to find street parking nearby, but be sure to check for any restrictions or time limits.
