To get to Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, take public transport by taking the Metrobus Route 120 that serves the South Beach area with frequent stops along Washington Ave and Collins Ave. Alternatively, you can take the Metrorail to Civic Center Station and transfer to the Miami Beach-bound bus service.
