Most people are familiar with pearl millet, but millets are actually a group of various seeded grasses (like spelt, freekeh, & quinoa 👀).
You can read a little about those in the previous posts.
🌸Some reasons why you need:
👉Antioxidents - removes oxidizing properties from the food we digest
👉Phosphorus - helps filter out waste in the kidneys & mostly found in our teeth & bones
👉Magnesium - assist in making bones, DNA, & protein
Of course, these are only a few benifits millets provide, and only a few of the roles of those said nutrients.
