Since her brain is already sailing across the South Pacific from her desk, standard supportive husband protocol went into full effect. No flowers, no boring snacks—just a fresh bowl of Poisson à la Tahitienne served desk-side to match the slide deck vibe. 🌴🐟

Quick Poisson à la Tahitienne:

1 lb sashimi-grade ahi tuna, diced

Juice of 3 limes (cure 3–5 min, then drain excess)

1 small cucumber, 2 Roma tomatoes, & scallions, finely diced

1/2 cup rich unsweetened coconut milk

Sea salt & cracked black pepper to taste

Toss gently, chill for 10 minutes, and pretend your living room is an overwater bungalow. 🥥✨
