The menu at The Local House is largely Mediterranean-inspired spa cuisine that is light on carbohydrates, salt, and sugar. Fresh seafood such as mussels, salmon, branzino, jumbo prawns, and oysters are the stars of the menu but are balanced by dishes with lamb, charcuterie & cheeses, and locally-sourced vegetables.
