Their competition team works with community partners/mentors to give hands-on experience in culinary arts. The made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuits with fried snapper and grits on the menu are not to be missed!

It's very interesting that an event wasn't well attended, and the caterer is accused of providing bad food and everything on the menu wasn't good. Those were your menu options, you asked for evetything on the menu. When the menu was confirmed in writing, you never mentioned special requests. The food couldn't have been that bad when people came back for seconds and thirds. Also, if you tell the caterer to serve your food at a specific time, don't start your 45 minutes program at the same time you said serve food. Extending the time your guests wait to bre served is your issue not the caterer.

Don't discredit someone's business when you weren't the one who made the arrangements, and more importantly the event wasn't nearly half attended and you started your event 75 minutes late because you were waiting on additional guests. You’re complaining thinking you would get back money to recover the poor ticket sales. Very distasteful! Your lack of ticket sales, reading, and understanding has nothing to do with the caterer.

It is great to be a Rocket! It is with esteem honor to announce that Miami Central Senior High School Culinary Arts Program is a new NAF Academy of Hospitality and Tourism with on emphasis on Culinary Arts! Simply saying we are a NAF Academy of Culinary Arts. Our students and Chef Yolanda have work hard to earn this well deserved accomplishment! We look forward to the great things our Culinary program will do in the new school year. We want to also congratulate Ms. Veargis and her students for their second year of being a Distinguished Academy of Finance. Our CTE Department is doing great things!

As we have closed out the school year. The Culinary Industry doesn't sleep. It's constantly evolving. We are asking for your help to fund this project for our Culinary students to evolve in this wonderful world of Culinary. When school open in the fall, we would love for our students to have knives. We all know knives are one of the essential tools needed to prepare restaurant quality food. Our Culinary class have a limited amount of knives for the number of students enrolled in the program, and although we need more knives than we have requested. Funding this project will be a huge help. We thank each donor for their generous donation helping ou students continue to prepare exceptional meals. Donations up to $50 will be matched. To get to NW 125th Street in Opa-Locka by public transport, take the bus or train to Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport and then walk towards the east along NW 145th St. Turn right onto Alexandria Dr and continue straight until you reach the destination.

If you are planning to drive, follow FL-9 S/NW 27th Ave towards the south and turn left onto Ali Baba Ave. Then, turn right onto Alexandria Dr and continue straight until you reach NW 125th Street. There is plenty of parking available for those who are driving.
