The beauty of Gentei is that it never stays the same. Created as a space for exploration, our NEW limited menu allows the kitchen to showcase exceptional ingredients through the lens of Nikkei cuisine. The result is a collection of dishes that feel both familiar and entirely unexpected.
Delicate razor clams meet mango and cilantro. Japanese fish arrives accented by citrus, herbs, and texture. Pacific white shrimp is paired with bright yuzu apple and creamy avocado aioli. Grilled seafood is elevated with kani leche de tigre, while hanger steak and smoked cecina bring depth, smoke, and richness to the table.
