By-the-Glass this week: an oldie but goodie🍷🍷

Azienda Vinicola Calabretta's Gaio-Gaio is an expressive Sicilian red wine that reflects the volvanic terroir of Mt. Etna. Made from organically farmed 🍇 and naturally fermented, Gaio-Gaio is fresh with soft tannins but subtly complex, showing off its volcanic origins.

Great with aged 🧀 - like our selection of hard cheeses. Come in for a glass, we open at 5pm.

This week we are pouring these new elegant wines by-the-glass.

First is the beautifully textured Vouvray Sec (Chenin Blanc) from the Loure Valley. Mouth-watering notes of pear, crisp minerality and chalky purity.

The red is Sankt Laurent from the hottest, driest wine growing region in Austria. This silky wine is full of character showcasing black fruit layered with subtle spice.

Come in and treat your palate. We open at 5pm.
