Today, we’re celebrating three incredible members of the Kush Hospitality family Tina, Lucho, and Marvin, who are each marking 10 years with us.
A decade of hard work, dedication, loyalty, and countless memories. Through busy shifts, big milestones, and everything in between, they’ve helped shape the culture, hospitality, and community that make Kush what it is today.
We are beyond grateful for everything they’ve contributed over the years and proud to have them as part of our family. Thank you, Tina, Lucho, and Marvin, for 10 amazing years. Here’s to celebrating all you’ve accomplished and the impact you’ve made on so many guests and teammates along the way. ❤️

Johnny has been part of the Kush family for over 5 years, but his story goes back even further. Before Kush, Johnny worked at the original To***co Road, one of Miami’s most legendary spots. Through him, we get to carry a piece of that history with us every single day.
From old Miami stories to familiar faces behind the bar, Johnny represents the kind of hospitality, character, and community that places like To***co Road and Kush were built on. We’re proud to have him on our team and even prouder to keep a little piece of Miami history alive through him. 🍻
