Growing up, Cori Montalvo Beaubien dreaded family reunions. She spent hours in a room with strangers, greeting a bunch of people whose names she didn’t know.

With much sadness and great disappointment we are announcing that Sunday February 6th, 2022 will be the last day of service for Pinch Me Gastrobar. We want to thank all of our staff, some have been with us since the beginning and who have contributed in making it what it was. We will miss our regulars, friends & family, supporters, and the guests that we’ve been fortunate to serve since opening. All the effort and hard work we put into giving Pinch Me Gastrobar its unique identity was a labor of love.
We have been providing services for almost 8 years and have been an enthusiastic part of the local community. We all went through some very rough times. The pandemic hit hard and you guys were there for us and helped us through an extremely rough time and thanks to that help we survived. We tried to do our part as well to give back to our community by helping our first responders because that is was a community does, it helps each other.
Unfortunately, the property has been sold and we will be moving on.
Thank you for making Pinch Me Gastrobar one of the local’s most favorite eating establishments.
The cost of doing business is way more than most people realize and we received an offer and decided it was best.
Thank you for your loyal patronage over the years. We wish you all the best for a happy and prosperous future.

To get to Palermo Avenue in Coral Gables, you can take the Metrorail and get off at the University Station. From there, you can walk east on Ponce de Leon Boulevard until you reach Palermo Avenue.

Alternatively, if you are driving, you can take the US-1 South and turn right onto Ponce de Leon Boulevard. Then, turn left onto Palermo Avenue. There is street parking available in the area.
