If you're using public transport, take the Miami Beach Trolley and get off at the Collins Avenue and 39 Street stop. From there, walk towards the beach for two blocks until you see the hotel/restaurant on your right.
If you're driving, take the I-195 East to Miami Beach and continue onto Arthur Godfrey Road. Make a left onto Collins Avenue and continue north for about 1 mile until you see the hotel/restaurant on your right. Parking is available on-site at an hourly rate or there are nearby public parking lots available as well.
