Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp 🍤🧄🧀
Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the garlic-Parmesan mixture.
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately. Enjoy!
