As part of our rebranding celebration, we transformed this space into the majestic Queen’s Castle, where we made the exciting announcement of A Joy Wallace officially becoming A Joy Catering! It was a heartfelt moment to thank our incredible team for their years of hard work and dedication. Now, under new management, we’re excited for all the unforgettable events and experiences to come.

Last week, we stepped into Wonderland and treated our guests to an unforgettable night in the whimsical White Rabbit room. Here’s a taste of the magic we served:
• Down the Rabbit Hole: Vodka, fresh cream, and Bailey’s with an edible black topper.
• The Golden Mushroom: Crispy phyllo-wrapped golden mushroom risotto kisses, dusted with gold.
• The Cheshire Scallops: Seared sea scallops with lemon butter, beet puree, pea shoots, and lemon pearls.
• The Curious ‘Scallops’ (V): Vegan mushroom sea scallops with lemon-infused oil, micro basil, and shallot pearls.
