On today’s pour over recipe: Chiroso, Finca El Silencio by Alex Metrio. ☕️
Our latest Limited Line release from Urrao, Colombia.
Light roast. Washed process with 30-hour anaerobic fermentation.
Tasting notes: Bright, juicy lime, caramel sweetness, and a long cacao finish. Silky body, made for a really good pour-over.
Under 50 bags. No restocks.

Roasted with love from Miami, Florida. ☀️🌴
We don’t really do fall here. No changing leaves, no sweater weather. Just palm trees, year round sunshine, and the occasional hurricane.
But one thing we do have? Really good coffee.
Roasted fresh. Shipped nationwide. Once you taste the difference, there’s really no going back.
