It’s full of entrepreneurs, remote workers, crypto survivors, housewives, and people whose LinkedIn explains absolutely nothing. 😂
Nobody knows what anyone does.
Everybody somehow has a Tuesday at 1 PM free.
See you at Thyme Machine after. 🌿
Same mysterious income. Better za’atar.

Some partners break the branches they once helped grow. Others bring back the sun. We keep our roots. Thyme Machine is a piece of home, kneaded into bread, za’atar, and olive oil. Each new franchise adds seats to our table. Strangers become family. 100% Lebanese, born from the heart. Storms may take a branch. They will not take our soul.

Before, it was only a truck.
Then we gave it color, fire, memory, and a soul.
We did not repair metal. We gave it a heartbeat. It became a Thyme Machine.
That is transformation, revealing what was waiting inside you.
Start with what you have. Build what you see. Leave a legacy.

Some people inherit a business. Others inherit a longing. 🇱🇧
A physician in Charlotte grew up around Lebanese food, studied at AUB, dreamed of owning a man’oushe business, then found Thyme Machine.
Franchise requests are coming in. You can be a doctor, lawyer, engineer, keep your career, and build a side business with a system behind you.

Some people leave home and spend years trying to return without going back.
Thyme Machine was born from that ache, a grandmother’s kitchen, a country carried across an ocean, and the stubborn belief that time cannot take everything from us.
Sometimes resistance tastes like zaatar.

Beirut, 1960s. 🇱🇧
One lira in your pocket, and the city was yours.
A coffee. A man’oushe. A taxi ride. Maybe enough left to fall in love.
Money bought more then, but maybe time did too.
Set the Time Machine to Beirut, 1965.
Let’s see how far one Lebanese lira can take us. ⏳

Please stay away from Thyme Machine. 🌿
You might walk in for “just a coffee” and leave with a za’atar man’oushe, three new friends, and a sudden emotional attachment to Lebanon.
Very dangerous. Very cute. 😂❤️

It’s BEBSI, not “Pepsi.”
It’s MAN’OUSHE, not “flatbread.”
It’s ZAATAR, not “that green stuff.” 😭🇱🇧
At Thyme Machine, we don’t correct your Arabic.
We just feed you until you pronounce it right.
Blease bronounce it correctly. 😂

Five years. One follow. One trip from Chicago. One stop they couldn’t miss. 🥹❤️
This is why we built Thyme Machine.
Not just for man’oushe. Not just for coffee. For that little piece of Lebanon people carry with them everywhere.
Miami, you started this story. The world is next. 🌎🇱🇧

Lebanon is small enough to fit between the sea and the mountains, yet old enough to carry thousands of years at its table. Thyme Machine began in Miami with one simple promise, to carry a little piece of home across the ocean. Today, that piece of Lebanon is growing roots across America. 🇱🇧🇺🇸
