Cold brew made easy! 🧊☕ Enjoy smooth, delicious Don Pablo coffee right at home with these simple steps:
1️⃣ GRIND
Coarsely grind enough Don Pablo coffee to measure 1 cup.
2️⃣ ADD WATER
Combine with 4 cups of cool, filtered water in a pitcher or jar. Stir to wet all the grounds.
3️⃣ STEEP
Cover and refrigerate for 12–24 hours.
4️⃣ STRAIN & SIP
Strain through a coffee filter into a clean container, pour over ice, and enjoy! Add water or your favorite milk to taste.

Brew a fresh pot for tonight’s near-total (partial) lunar eclipse. Thursday’s eclipse will begin at 9:23 p.m. ET, when the moon first enters the outer part of Earth’s shadow. The real action gets underway, however, at 10:33 p.m. ET, when Earth’s shadow starts to envelop the lunar surface, appearing to take a “bite” out of the lunar disk.

Dear Friends,
After the devastating earthquake struck Colombia— we partnered with Eliana's family members Sandra, Laura, and Jairo, to purchase food, water, and essential supplies for those affected in Eliana's hometown of ZarZal.
This video shows some of the earthquake damage there, along with one small example of people quietly helping one another during a very difficult time.
We share this not to draw attention to anyone involved, but in the hope that it reminds us how even a simple act of generosity can become meaningful, practical help for families in need—and perhaps encourage others to help wherever and however they can.
