To get to NE 11th Street in Miami, there are a few options for public transport. You can take the Metrorail which runs from Palmetto Station to Dadeland South and has a stop at Government Center where you can transfer to the Metromover. Take the Omni loop on the Metromover and get off at Park West station. From there, it's a short walk to NE 11th Street.
If you're driving, you can park in one of the nearby parking garages such as the Miami Parking Authority Garage located at 160 NW 14th St or any of the street parking spots available.
