He came to us with a big smile, an honest heart, and a genuine desire to learn the craft. From day one, he dedicated himself to growing, improving, and giving his best to our café.
A year later, it’s been a real pleasure to watch that dedication turn into confidence behind the bar. Every coffee, every conversation, every shift reflects how much he’s grown.

ONE YEAR. 🤍
Hard to comprehend that it’s already been a full year since we opened the doors to our roastery.
Countless coffees pulled, pour overs brewed, new coffees roasted, early mornings, late nights, familiar faces, new friendships — and so many moments in between.
What started as another big step in our journey has become a place we’re incredibly proud of. None of it would be possible without our amazing team who brings it to life every single day, and even more importantly, without all of you who walk through our doors, drink our coffee, bring your friends, and keep coming back.
So this one is for you.

Some coffees are memorable. Some redefine what coffee can be.
A big shoutout to Sebastian Ramírez for creating one of the most recognizable signature coffees in the specialty world — Red Fruits.
Explosive notes of ripe berries, tropical fruit, and candy-like sweetness, all backed by an incredibly clean and intentional fermentation process. It’s a coffee that challenges expectations while remaining beautifully balanced.
We’re excited to share this coffee with our guests and grateful to producers like Sebastian who continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in coffee.

The coffee shop and food truck are located on Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura. If you plan to use public transportation, there are several bus stops nearby that can take you to the area. You can also take the Metrobus or Metrorail and get off at the closest station, then walk a few blocks to reach your destination.
If you prefer to drive, take Biscayne Boulevard in the direction of Aventura until you spot the location. There are several parking lots in the area where you can park your car, or look for street parking if available. Please note that parking may be limited during peak hours and weekends.
