Just a few days left of our collab with Proper Sausages. But this is a drink we’ll have even after the kefta, dub za, and blue cheese ice cream is gone.

We’re hosting our friends at Proper Sausages again! That means some new additions to our menu - a brand new za, a different spin on our laz, and we heard Samuel Tagger say something about a gorgonzola gelato? 🤯

We’re kicking it off August 30th.

The collab dishes will run alongside some of our existing menu for a whole week (August 30 - September 6). Book your seats via .

Not just a scoop. Samuel Tagger writes a whole story with a frozen creamy medley playing the staring role.

Olive oil gelato, crunchy Marcona almond cookie on top of roasted apricots in a toasted koji syrup. Finished with a spritz of amaretto because we had to.

Local Florida mango sorbet with lime crema and our own “tajin” made with smoked Spanish paprika, espelette, and lime. Samuel Tagger really nailed the texture on this one.

S’mores: The base of this ice cream is made from a giant toasted marshmallow. Yes! We scoop it and serve it on top of a Biscoff crumb and drizzle it with magic shell and only a tiny bit of nostalgia.

What people say

Walrus Rodeo on NE 2nd Avenue in Miami is a restaurant that offers a unique dining experience. Their wood-fired cooking technique combined with an extensive selection of ingredients and old-world wine creates a one-of-a-kind taste that will leave you wanting more. The quail from their wood oven is a must-try dish, with its perfect blend of spicy, sweet, and savory flavors.

The attention to detail at Walrus Rodeo extends beyond the food. They have custom-designed wallpaper in their second bathroom, created by local artists and printed by their friends. There are even hidden Easter eggs for those who take a closer look.

For those looking to make reservations, they occasionally partner with exclusive reservation services to offer special surprises for their guests. However, if you're unable to secure a reservation, don't worry - their bar always accommodates walk-ins. And while you wait for your table or drink, take a closer look at the wallpaper - there's more than meets the eye.

Their carrot tartar is not just a pretty plate; it's also delicious. And while some dishes may be seasonal and time-limited, like the Gnocch dish which was only available for two weeks, there are always new and exciting options on the menu.

Overall, Walrus Rodeo offers an exceptional dining experience that combines great food with unique design elements and excellent service. It's definitely worth checking out if you're in Miami!
