Forever in our hearts, our beloved Chabelita.

It is with broken hearts and deep sadness that we share the passing of our beloved María Ana Vaquerano de Amaya, affectionately known as Chabelita.

She was the loving mother of our dear Héctor and Aracely, and the beloved mother-in-law of our Chef Ferman.

At Caffe Di Notte, we have always believed that family is the heart of everything we do. Today, that heart is hurting as we say goodbye to someone so deeply loved and cherished by our family.

There are no words that can truly ease the pain of losing someone so special. But we find comfort in knowing that love never leaves us. It lives on in the memories we treasure, the lessons passed down, and the generations of family she leaves behind.

During this heartbreaking time, we humbly ask our friends, loyal customers, and extended Caffe Di Notte family to join us in prayer. Please keep her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all her loved ones in your hearts.

May God surround our family with His love, give us strength to face the days ahead, and grant us peace and acceptance as we navigate this painful goodbye.
