🎓❤️ Finally, our last baby has graduated…
It’s hard to put into words how proud we are. You’ve worked so hard, stayed focused, and never stopped reaching for your goals, even when things weren’t easy.
Now you’re off to Army Reserve boot camp 🇺🇸 and then on to college to pursue architecture and engineering—two fields that fit your creativity, strength, and determination so perfectly.
Congratulations, baby girl—your future is so bright, and this is just the beginning. We love you so much and couldn’t be prouder of you. ❤️✨

A very proud military family moment 🇺🇸❤️ Yesterday we attended the first-ever Armed Forces Signing Ceremony honoring students who have enlisted in the military. Our little Erynne, who isn’t so little anymore ❤️ enlisted in the Army Reserves, and it was incredibly special to see her recognized at this ceremony. With her dad a proud Marine veteran, her uncle a Navy veteran, and both grandparents having served in the Army, this moment meant so much to our family.
Erynne we are so proud of the strong, determined young woman you’ve become. We love you so much and can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll do.

Chicken & waffles kinda night 🍗🧇
Tried to get fancy and stuff the waffle with the chicken… yeah, that didn’t go as planned 😂 definitely something I’ll have to perfect.
So we pivoted — classic style: crispy chicken on top of the waffle. Still hit the spot 😋🔥

I cannot wait to cook these babies 😍🔥🐚
Fresh scallops in the shell just hit different! I’m loading them up with lots of garlic and butter (of course 😌), sweet shallots, fresh parsley, and a sprinkle of golden bread crumbs for that perfect crispy top.
Maybe a little splash of white wine and a squeeze of lemon to finish… the kitchen is about to smell INSANE 🤤✨

Today I catered brunch for the women’s conference, Finding Mr. Right. There is something so special about women gathering together to grow, encourage one another, and celebrate the season they’re in.
The table was set, the coffee was flowing, and the room felt warm and welcoming — just the way brunch should be.
A huge thank you to the amazing girls who helped with setup — I couldn’t do it without you.
Grateful for opportunities like this 🤍

A little backstory on our Valentine’s tradition 💕
A few years ago, my hubby and I decided skipping the crowded, overpriced pre-fix menus just made sense. We realized we could create the same (or better) experience at home — more relaxed, more delicious, and definitely more us. So now every Valentine’s Day, we stay in and cook something next-level together.
This year: a swoon-worthy charcuterie board with silky pâté and triple cream brie, clams in white wine, garlic, and lots of butter with crusty bread soaking up every drop…
Lobster risotto stole the show — slow-stirred and decadent.
And crème brûlée to finish. No ramekins? No problem. Torch, crack, perfection 🔥
The best table in town has always been ours. 💋

Dinner last night was delicious — thin-cut pork chops + a classic Cobb salad with homemade blue cheese dressing. After eating Indian the past few days, I was ready for a change… why not something refreshing? 🥗✨
