If you are traveling to Michigan Avenue in Miami Beach, the best way to get there by public transport is to take a bus or train towards the Miami Beach area. Once you get off at your stop, you can walk towards Michigan Avenue.
If driving is your preferred mode of transportation, take I-195 E and exit on Alton Road. Continue on Alton Road until you reach Michigan Avenue and make a right turn onto it.
